The Rotten Mama Saloon is the beating black heart of The Old Sack; a city that's equal parts trade hub and cemetery. Old Glitter Rush glam rotting at the edges, neon signs buzzing over sticky floors, and every back booth hiding a deal that'll get someone killed by morning. Your one-stop shop for witchcraft, booze and ass. Everyone comes here. Everyone leaves owing something.

A wasteland town that shouldn't exist and refuses to die. An old frontier settlement, part cyberpunk sprawl, The Old Sack is where the desperate, the dangerous, and the degenerate come to do business. No government. No law that lasts. Just the unspoken understanding that commerce keeps the peace — and the Rotten Mama is where that commerce happens.

Behind a beaded curtain that smells like burnt sage and bad decisions, the proprietress runs her psychic and witch services. Readings, curses, counter-curses, and things that don't have names. Appointment recommended. Walk-ins cursed.

Main Floor
The Neutral Floor

By ancient agreement and raw fear of the owner, no violence is permitted on the main floor. Weapons must be holstered. Grudges must wait. This rule has been broken exactly twice. Both times ended badly for the breaker.

Nobody talks about what happens upstairs. The rooms are available for rent by the hour or the week. The walls are thick. The sheets are clean. That's all anyone needs to know.

The Skeleton

Silent. Impeccably dressed. Unambiguously dead. Has been tending bar at the Rotten Mama longer than anyone can remember. Universally considered extremely attractive despite — or possibly because of — the whole skeleton situation. Does not speak. Communicates entirely through meaningful looks and perfectly timed drink placements.
